You can use your web browser to sign up Pinterest but we always recommend the Pinterest app if you are using a smartphone because it is pretty easier to use. There are majorly two types of the Pinterest app which you can install on your device and they include the Pinterest app for android phone users and the Pinterest app for ios or Apple device users. You should not confuse them, the two apps are meant for two different devices, while the first is meant is for Andriod smartphones and their tablets, the second is for apple phones and Apple tablets. So visit their individual app stores respectively to install the application. Now let’s go into the steps which you need to sign up the Pinterest account from their mobile application.
a. First, we recommend that you install the Pinterest app for android and as well ios (See our guide on how to install it)
b. Tap on the Pinterest app installed and then sign up with your email address. Note that the red button is near the bottom of the screen.
c. You may choose to tap Continue with Facebook to use your Facebook account details to log in if you are already registered on facebook. (see how to get a facebook account if you haven’t gotten one)
d. After that, you need to enter a working email address.
e, Then click on the button tagged Next located at the bottom of the page.
f. Also, enter a password to secure your Pinterest account.
g. Click on Next and enter your first and last name, birth date, preferred gender affiliation.
h. When you are done filling the page then click on Done.
How to Create Pinterest Account [Desktop and Web]
a. First of all, visit the Pinterest website which is available at https://www.pinterest.com.
b. On the website provide your email address and a password.
c. Click on the option tagged Continue as [Name] to use your Facebook account to sign up if you have one (see how to get a facebook account if you haven’t gotten one)
d. Then press Continue and enter your profile information [first and last name, age, gender “Male”, “Female”, or “Custom”
f. Click Sign up to create your account.

There are three ways which one can login into his/her Pinterest account. You can login which your facebook, twitter or with your email account. If you didn’t create a Pinterest login with an email then you have to login by using either a facebook or twitter account. However, you must be an existing user of either facebook or twitter. So all you need to do is to go to the Pinterest sign in page through this web address – https://www.pinterest.com/login/ or through the Pinterest app and click on the login widget. After that choose the social icon you want to use and then provide the login details and it will be used to login into your Pinterest account. But if you have created a Pinterest account then you have to enter your email and password on the login page and hit on the login button.
