b. In the bottom of the page, you will find two options for forgot username and password
c. You have to click on Username option and enter your First Name, Last Name, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth: (mm/dd/yyyy) and PennID: (optional for Alumni).
d. Or you click on Username option and enter your First Name, Last Name, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth: (mm/dd/yyyy) and PennID: (optional for Alumni).
Note: Your PennID is the middle 8 digit sequence on your PennCard or on Penn Alumni Cards issued after March 26, 2009.
